"This hotel was difficult to find. Not what you need after a full day of travel…it needs better signage and to be updated on Google Maps, as it takes you to the dealership behind the hotel. It is tucked in and very well hidden. The parking is at the motel across from the hotel but we had no trouble finding a spot. Once you find it though, the hotel is a very nice. Everything looks new and very clean. The staff was great! "

We had an AMAZING time, the staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast was really nice, the hot tub was a 10/10 and the bed was SO COMFORTABLE. We got the room with the kitchenette which was super convenient and came with everything we needed! Was also so close to food places, the mall and downtown. "Stayed a few nights. Great value. However, this place has seen better days. Once was a top place. Pub is closed, beer store was almost empty (stock), everything is old and dated. Location is great and the room was satisfactory for getting some rest."

"Clean, comfortable safe hotel close to the mall and numerous restaurants etc. Bring earplugs though as traffic noise from Hwy 97 is loud. I needed to checkout out at 6 am to catch a flight so I knew I would not be able to enjoy the free breakfast. Staff advised reception would be open at 5 am so I could grab a coffee and a muffin to go. Unfortunately when I went to return my key at 6:15 am the reception wasn't open. So no coffee or muftin for me! Also no mail slot to drop my key through. I...

"This place was not ready to be open. They had nothing in the room, no chairs no proper phone. They don’t even have a duvet cover. They just use two top sheets with the duvet in between there was no hot water all the amenities pool fitness centre are shut down and they didn’t let you know that also I was the only one staying in the whole hotel with one other worker the vibes were horrible. I ended up leaving at 9:30 PM."
