"Ein wunderschönes Haus mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Es wurde bei allen Fragen schnell geholfen. Die Lage an der Straße war nicht so schön und sehr laut. Man konnte mit der Klimaanlage die Fenster nachts geschlossen halten. Durch die zentrale Lage war alles zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt."

But else the stay was not worth its money. The pictures on hotels.com are from a few years ago and do not show the current state of the room(s). Try to avoid this place if possible."

"Street parking was better than covered parking offered. Mattress and bedding needed replacing with new. Room and bathroom were clean. No one was at the property to greet us. However, they communicated by email promptly. Fabiola, our host, was delightful. Her breakfast was wonderful."

"The residence is around 25–30 minutes above Lecco and offers stunning scenery, peaceful surroundings, friendly staff, and a freshly cooked breakfast made to order. The online reviews are accurate, and both the hotel and previous guests strongly recommend travelling by car, as taxis can cost €35–45 each way and many firms are reluctant to travel up to the property. Breakfast was great and the staff were very attentive and friendly. They were very accomodating for check in and throughout our stay. Bus stops nearby as well as ferry line from Lezzeno. "Truly a fantastic experience. My wife and I came here for our honeymoon and stayed in one of the villas with a deck. Property overlooks a beautiful spot in lake como in a quieter section Lezzeno. Restaurant and bar on site were excellent, we went to one or the other every single night. Staff was extremely helpful in organizing taxis. Everything was reasonably priced. Lake deck and chairs are an awesome touch as many properties do not have lake access. This was a must during the extreme heat...
