"The room was clean and spacious and facilities on point plenty of place to charge things up, staff where amazing and reception ladies made us feel very welcome. Shame about the yuppie types stood outside our window at six this morning chatting and giggling"

"The owner only sent entry instructions after i emailed the day before asking about them. Hotels.com said pets stayed for free but we were charged £7 per night. We couldn't get the shower to warm up.
