"Stayed in a King Suite which was amazing. Spa was lovely and very clean. Ate in the restaurant one night which was also very nice. Relaxing and highly recommended."

"Got to hotel only to be told by staff that the twin bedroom I had booked wasn't available and that they only had a double room for us. Had to complain to the manager to get them to change it. Shame as the room was clean tidy and had good facilities."

"The room was spotless,spacious and the bathroom was beautiful. It had a very large shower and bath. Shampoo was provided along with body wash and bath salts. The towels were spotless.The room had everything that you needed such as tea and coffee, buscuits and a hair dryer. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was amazing. Would definately ho back and recommrnd to others."

"Really clean, beautiful setting and friendly staff. The food was good too. The only reason for dropping a star was the pool facilities. They felt a little tired and in need of some proper maintenance. The lockers and changing areas were quite ropey – with outdoor shoes effectively allowed right up to poolside. There’s only one shower in each changing room, and in the ladies there’s just a single private changing space sectioned off with a shower curtain. What impacted our stay most was that the pool is only accessible via an outdoor route. On both visits we had to run back across the car park in wet swimsuits to return to our room to shower and change. It also meant we didn’t make use of the pool after checkout. Checkout was 10:30am but pool access was available until lunchtime, which would have been lovely in theory. However, as a family of four staying one night, the bedroom facilities were so good that we just couldn’t justify showering and getting ready in the gym changing rooms."

"Fab hotel loction great waterfall literally across the road, room was nice and big and warm felt comfortable, the beds are so comfy, breakfast is delicious and there food is top notch them chefs are fab, thankyou for stay will be back staff are fab 👌 "

"I wasn’t going to leave a bad review, as I know it can be bad for business. Instead I raised a complaint through my travel provider, they contacted adventure parc to investigate. Unfortunately I didn’t get as much as an apology from adventure parc, so have decided to review. Our pod was full of mould, during the wet weather, rainwater seeped through the wood. I noticed mould high up on arrival but didn’t notice the mould at low level where I slept until the morning, by then we were checking out, so too late to raise the issue on site, instead decided to do it once home. Our clothes were moist, I struggled breathing as the conditions worsened my asthma. It seems adventure parc do not care about their customers health, and did not have the decency to accept their failure. I would not recommend staying here."

"Our room was nice, clean and bright with a large window facing the road. Staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. However check in was late at 5pm with an early checkout at 10am. No breakfast or lunch option due to being out of season and no fridge to store any food over night. Great for walks but anything else you need to travel out by car."
