"Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. The building has a small (but mighty) lift if needed. Online concierge was a nice touch and accessible via WhatsApp during their designated hours. No complaints and...

La struttura è in posizione perfetta, vicinissima alla stazione ferroviaria di palazzo reale-Orleans, praticamente 200 mt a piedi (comodissima per chi viene in aereo dall’aeroporto di punta Raisi), alla fermata dell’autobus per Monreale. "This property is centrally located in Palermo old town, walking distance to most of sites. The rooms are cleaned everyday and the building is securely managed. What most impressive is manager who is accommodating and spends a lot of time in the property, answering questions and giving suggestions. We originally booked a room without window due to overlooking the descriptions of the room, and we didn’t feel well after the first night of staying. The manager tried his best rearranging room...

"Fantastic rooms with balconies overlooking the main street in Palermo. The room and facilites were very clean, coffee, tea and pastries offered complimentry in a communal area. If driving into the city a permit is required for the ZTL Zone, this was arranged free of charge by the hotel. Street parking in blue bays only €1 per hour, free 8pm - 8am and free 2pm - 4pm if a parking spot is available, we got lucky and parked directly below the property for 3 days. "For being in a high traffic area, we could not hear anything from outside. The luggage lift to get our very heavy bags up to the third floor was brilliant. And the staff was extremely prepared to help us navigate checkin and checkout."

"We arrived at 930 pm down a very narrow city road and saw an imposing old door as our arrival point. We sent a text to the hotel to say we were outside and Francisco joined momentarily. Once we got into the building - a renovated palace and shown to our room any fears we may have had were quickly dismissed. The room was spacious and the bathroom and shower were magnificent Francisco and Giorgio were great hosts"
