"Super happy with my stay. The staff were extremely warm and welcoming, always attentive and willing to help with anything you need. Amenities are top notch as well, and the rooms were so spacious! The floors are creaky and you can hear noise from the hallways, but honestly it did not bother me because of the excellent service and location. "I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. The amenities were more than fine for us - Rosetta baked goods in the AM & pre-dinner Mescal. The location is fabulous! Absolutely would come back in the future. "

"Great location in Roma Norte! If possible we would highly recommend staying in their large suite with soaking tub. The room faces inside the courtyard, which makes for a very restful sleep. Breakfast was a spread of freshly baked goods from the famous Rosetta Bakery next door. Coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt and even toast with ham and cheeses. The staff are AMAZING and make this stay incredible. They would ask us what bakes good we would like for breakfast every morning. This hotel feels like a home...

"La ubicación del hotel es bastante práctica, el acceso al metro, restaurantes cercanos, el personal del hotel bastante amable también, de igual forma cuenta con estacionamiento y eso es muy buen punto a favor; sin embargo si hace mucha falta ventilación en las habitaciones, el único ventilador con el que cuenta la habitación no es suficiente para acondicionar el cuarto, incluso cuando el ambiente del exterior en calle es fresco"

"モデルルームのような部屋でした。 とても広くて清潔で快適、キッチン用品類も必要なものは全て揃っていたので、簡単な料理もできました。 メトロバス乗り場から徒歩1分ほどで、夜歩いてても危険に感じなかったです。 またCDMXに来るならここに泊まりたいです。 洗濯機がなかったので近くのランドリーに行こうかと思いましたが、細かい現金がなく手洗いしましたが乾燥した土地なのですぐ乾きます。 あとExpediaでは170ペソの食事とドリンクがサービス特典がついていると書いてあったのですが、それは無かったです。ホテルなのか、Expediaの問題かは分かりませんが… チェックアウト後に荷物も置かせてくれてありがたかったです。"
