"The Hotel has an amazing view of the city and is easily in walking distance of anything you need. The decor and especially the carpet in the rooms is dated but clean. We didn't have the time to take advantage of most of the amenities available at the hotel but they do offer a lot of conveniences. The staff struggled with us as English speakers but did their best to accommodate us. The conceirge was super helpful in assisting with some last minute tourists destinations. I would stay their again if I ever find myself in that part of the world."

"Clean room Amenities limited, but location is very good. The breakfast time frame of 2 hours is a bit short. Perhaps you target on business travellers, but 7 to 9 is not enough for tourists."

"Even though I did not end up going because the booking was wrongfully allowed while there was no availability, Bayan's quick turnaround, responsiveness, immediate dealing with the Expedia live agent and refund were truly commendable and much appreciated.  He extended his assistance with recommending a different resort in the area which was very nice. "Good comfortable room. Food was delicious and good size portion. Hiking nearby along with Turtle Rock. Correspondence was a little slow. Nice place to unwind."
