"I stayed 2 nights. The room is enough to stay for 1person. It was comfortably. I noticed the nozzle bidet was broken. Guest must contact to customer support when arrived the lobby to receive room key. The number of lockers is announced wrong number by what’s up😓"

"Excellent staff. Poor hotel. No refrigerator in room. Only one small recessed ceiling light in bathroom. I was unable to shave with razor, so I bought a light for the bathroom. Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. I bought a shower mat for personal safety. No work desk for computer use. No laundry service or laundry facilities at...

"The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. The housekeeping team should clean the room every day by changing the linen, towels and bins frequently. Other than that I have enjoyed my stay the reception staff were helpful. "Will be coming back next year been here since 2023 till 2025. Awesome place & the owner very easy to communicate with her too thanks."

"The hotel is located in a very strategic area, with a wide variety of food stalls and recreational facilities nearby, including badminton courts and pickleball courts. This is one of the main advantages of staying at this hotel, as there are plenty of options for food and activities within the surrounding area. However, there are a few areas that require improvement. First, the parking arrangements could be improved. Unlike some other hotels, the parking is not complimentary or reserved for...
