"I was extremely disappointed at check-in. The only request I had made was a ground floor room which was provided. However, I had expected breakfast and was told it was a self-catering accommodation. I asked about breakfast and was led to believe that was doubtful and being able to invite a guest not allowed! "Positive: Fresh newly renovated rooms. Comfortable beds. Easy access in a nice lush neighbourhood. Host was helpful and took Good care of us and cleaned very well. They had a friendly dog.
