"Not hot water in shower. Sinks had hot water. TV didn’t work. Tv remote appeared to work ok. When I asked the front desk for a refund the kid was trained to DEFLECT. He said call Hotels.com. Our country has lost its way. "

"What could be improved is the menu and bar!! One of the reasons we chose to stay here again was because we love the fried pickle spears. They were no longer on the menu. We also ordered margaritas and I myself am a bartender and the margaritas were not up to par. I watched and the bartender was not pouring full shots and both our margaritas would come out uneven. Twice one of our drinks were only halfway full. I know my alcohol limit and with the amount of drinks I had- I should had had way more of a buzz. It was disappointing, so we didn’t return back to the bar for the duration of the trip. It was a disappointing experience. "

"The apartment was spacious and the beds very comfortable. Unfortunately the AC was not working and they never got it fixed during our stay. We also had problems with the electronic key pad code."
