"Clean convenient hotel near walkable and drivable restaurants . Plenty of spacious lobby desk space for working and had some private areas. Small bar and market area with decent dessert and snack selection . TVs to be able to watch on in the lobby area. One minor surprise was that Hyatt charged $15 for parking which is unusual for a suburban hotel location."

"They nailed the 1st impression with a clean facility inside and out. The lobby and other common areas did not have working air conditioning. The room was as expected. Unfortunately, the Television had no signal. The bar had a generous happy hour special. Room service was prompt and polite. I ordered prime rib for dinner. The quality of the meat was not on par with cuts had at Happy Hour. The kitchen was not a total loss as other items had at Happy Hour were fresh and delightful. I would stay...

The pool area was dirty and clearly not being cleaned regularly. The hot tub was unusable because it was either scalding hot or completely cold, with no consistent temperature control. "Everything was good: clean rooms, good breakfast, etc., but the thing that bothered me was that they are now charging $3.00 a day for parking. I get it in a downtown location where parking is at a premium, but in Spring, Texas? Why? It's not much, but I'll find a similar quality hotel to stay in next time that doesn't charge for parking."
