"Good Casino, good hotel, not good if you bring a pet ! A rude lady at check in would not accomodate us with a room on first floor,said they were full which was a lie unless a bunch of people walked there and did not go in the casino or restaurant. We requested it on Expedia and called them, didnt appear to be a problem till we got there. So we were stuck on 3rd floor and had long way to let dog do his business!"

"I really wanted to give this hotel an excellent. The rooms were huge. The hotel is less than a year old. Beautifully appointed. Lots of staff. Great full breakfast that changed daily. The major downfall is that the room cleaning service dropped off the longer we stayed. We booked the hotel for the four nights, and by the third night, the cleaning staff stopped cleaning the room, only straightening the bed; did not replace towels.
