The staff were amazing. My only critcisim is that the Rasa upgrade didnt meet my expectation. My room faced the carpark and the private breakfast didnt hit the mark as the food options are limited. The breakfast buffet was great, enjoyed the pool. Staff were friendly. Rooms were nice and big. Was a little dampened due to the construction and renovation of another wing. Which we were warned about so thats no problem just not as serene as it could have been.
