French toast was amazing!!!!!!! “Complementary” bottle for NYE was nice Staff was nice and informative Nice street view (firework show) Coffee maker was not clean Loud fire alarm activated everyday around 4pm (very annoying)

The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with excellent sleep quality. Fantastic location in the city center, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Hotel is beautiful. Thank you for having us.
