"Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. "

"I found my stay to be a tale of two different stories. The room was spacious but the bathroom was tiny. There were stains on the walls and a pillowcase. The bed was comfortable. The elevator didn't work. The courtyard was very nice and the breakfast was better than most hotel breakfasts. Overall we were satisfied with our stay, but perplexed that some things were so nice and others not up to par."

"Staff was amazing, very considerate. I was placed in room 108, and I’m thankful for how easy it was to navigate and load my belongings from the car to the room. The room was very clean, 2 things to point out, was a quarter sized stain on the blanket & the entrance/parking lot was not plowed at all. Pillows were very comfy, bathroom was clean. I wasn’t expecting a fridge and microwave for an affordable room, but very pleased. I absolutely will be coming back very frequently to this hotel. (Again,...

"Not vacuuming when make up room. Some staff are not in good mood at reception. "

"We were placed in a handicap room. Room overall was clean. The bed was worn and not very comfortable. The hot water took a long time to get warm & the tub didn't drain well. The pool was very small & the jets for the hot tub didn't work. There also were ants in the pool area. Breakfast is $15/person even our 2 year old who wouldn't eat more than 1/2 a pancake so we decided to go elsewhere. We ended up checking out early.
