"I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and having a mall in the same building was a great convenience, with additional dining and shopping options. The only area for improvement would be a little more variety at breakfast, as the selection was quite similar each day. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a place I would happily stay at again."

"I did not stay there! I took one look at the place and left. I DID NOT STAY there. Expedia should be aware that people like me have some confidence that places are suggested by Expedia are based on some sort of examination. it was a sad commentary on the performance of Expedia, that they would put a place like that on their list of places of interest where one can stay. after travelling several hours at my age [80] to the presented with such a situation requiring me to look for somewhere else is...

"The cost does not reflect quality of service and physical the state of the property- broken safe, non working/noisy air conditioners, unclean rooms, old towels and that’s just a start. Employees presents as unhappy in their jobs. Restaurant more expensive than very good restaurants in major American and European cities. Laughable.
Location being central works other than that do NOT recommend. Trying to address issues earns you the ire of staffers."
