"The hotel itself is in a great location and clean. Our room was clean but the bed was lumpy and the Murphy bed needed to be cleaned. One of the elevators was down during our stay as well and it could be 5 or 6 tries to get in the elevator to go down. There was some construction on the beach a few days we were there but it didnt stop us from having a good time. Staff was friendly and helpful. One down side - walls and THIN! We could hear the noisy neighbors screaming and people in the hallway.
Good location, could easily get anywhere and parking was close by. Overall a good hotel."
"Everything was so perfect the property the hotel was so clean spotless the management and they staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay thoroughly"
"The first room was not a safe environment for us. The balcony had no privacy someone could inter our balcony just by stepping over the railing there was nothing preventing it.There were cords hanging due to the hotel being under outside renovations. The front desk moved us up to the first floors with the exceptions of being moved to a lower floor the next day due to my vertigo which was explained before arrival requesting a lower floor. So we moved to a lower floor rm 518 on Monday evening the 8th .Walking into the room we noticed the floor was wet we chalked it off because the room had just been cleaned so we thought the house keeper didn’t dry the floor well.Well that was not the case the room had black mold on the closet floor and the moisture was so bad in the room we had to keep towels on the floor to keep our feet dry and shoes on . The ceiling had water beaded up on it and dripping to the floor the toilet paper was wet due to the moisture in the room and anything that we had (snacks) that were in wrappers were either moist or melted. The worst of the stay was my eyes stayed itchy the coughing ,sneezing and headaches only when we were in the room I had to sleep with a towel over my face to get some sort of comfort. We spoke with 3 different people in guest services including the GM.The GM pretty much made the situation our fault we shouldn’t open the DOOR BECAUSE IT CAUSES MOISTURE.We have stayed all over the world and have NEVER experienced any of this."
"The resort has a lot of great amenities like the pool and lazy river but everything was in separate buildings and the only way to access each building was to walk through the parking garages and along the main ocean avenue, even to go get towels for the pool. The construction was a major draw back as not only was it very unsightly but was very inconvenient. The beach access walk through from building to building or pool to pool was closed off forcing us to go to the street with our kids. The beach has major construction as well that we did not know about- a drain pipe was laid across the whole beach strip in the middle of the first night we were there, making it very difficult to get to the water and extremely unsightly."
