"Very clean, great staff. Spacious for the cost, quiet and private. Walls are very thin but otherwise a great value."

"The room was reasonably priced and only about 20 minutes from Boston. The room itself was good. No bad smell and no smokers and very quiet. The floor was nice in the bathroom was updated pretty much and very comfortable room. The lobby was dated. Wasn’t really what you think of with the old red roof ends, but it was fine for our needs and the most important things were fine."

"Very unsettling to find the place was not as clean as expected. While we were unpacking we seen a cockroach and wondered how many more there must be. There was a huge spider almost the side of my palm by the bed as well. The layout of the room we stayed in was also strange. Although, the staff was great."

"AC doesn’t work in the room. The room was set at 86 degrees and we were unable to change it. Almost died in there. That would have been the next haunted room. "

"The property was nice but there was a few things that didn’t seem to work out in our favor. We had our young daughter with us and our room was on the 7th floor the farthest away from the elevator which made for a very long walk back to the elevator to go to and from the pool. It felt like we were placed far away because we had a child which I’m fine with as long as it’s not an inconvenience to my stay, which it was. The pool was warm and wonderful on Saturday but on Sunday the water was cold and the room temp of the pool room was cold. They also ran out of pool towels. The room had a dangerous sliding glass bathroom door that little fingers could get caught up n. The glass sliding shower door would not stay closed. There was no fan in the bathroom and the window did not open so the room was very stuffy. The coffee kit had not been used or had items replaced, the cream was spoiled and there was only one coffee pod. No one answered when I called down for room service. The hotel itself is beautiful and is located off the highway and next to the mall and many stores which I did love."
