Khách sạn Georgetown

"The cabin/cottages were nice, and updated. The restaurant Palomino and main building is getting dated and service is falling off. The breakfast was great as usual and most staff is friendly. Wifi is terrible and non-accessible or very slow at best"

"From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty in the stunning castle. Our bags were immediately taken to our room in the tower, reservations for dinners, suggestions for hikes and exploring and help with arrangements for our departure in a couple days. Breakfasts were phenomenal and top notch. Breakfast was delivered to our room on the day of departure at 4:30am and our bags taken back down to our rental car. The spa experience was exceptional. The pool, sauna and steam room were...

"Clean and comfortable rooms. The threshold to the bathroom was an impediment"

"The staff was the best part of my stay. Ali, the manager of the restaurant, was so kind and helpful as I needed accommodations for food allergies for my dinner. Super friendly. The hotel is steps away from the Glasgow International terminal, perfect for me, a solo traveler. Although my room was clean, it was very outdated. My bed was comfortable The hotel is older, the carpet in the rooms and hallways are worn and actually torn in some places."

"Breakfast was top notch Room very clean and every other amenities and staff are very good"

"Absolutely loved our stay at Gleddoch! We always choose to visit for either my birthday or my other half’s, and it never disappoints. The spa is lovely and so relaxing, making it the perfect place for a little getaway. This time, we were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade after my other half mentioned it was my birthday, and the room was amazing! The staff are always so lovely and welcoming at check-in, and everyone is so helpful. We always have a fantastic stay and would highly recommend...

"Debbie on reception was lovely. We arrived at 10:30pm. We went to the bar where the bartender told us he would have to open the till and we would have only one drink as he was closing, Floor tile cracked on bathroom floor and no facecloths in bathroom. The mattress was very poor quality."

"Clean room and comfortable bed plus tea and coffee in the room, good breakfast and nice pool. Downside pool is open to the public and gets very busy all the time. The changing room showers hardly worked so it was hard to wash and rinse hair. On arrival no directions were given to where the pool or spa were or times of breakfast this would be useful to have in the room."

"Idealic location and had everything we needed. Staff was so attentive and the design is beautiful. The steam room and sauna and got tub were perfect escaping from storm boelo."

"Lady on reception, maybe if it were her first day it would of still been bad . Charged our credit card for a prepaid booking. Over the threedays could not authorise a refund. On leaving I had to ask for manager email as none had been available for 3 days. A hotel with seemingly no manager. They have not replied or refunded me 5 days after booking in. The hotel itself is nice if it were self check in and out !"

"This is a very fine hotel. Spacious, clean room. As it is a combination of 5 Victorian row houses it can be tricky getting from rooms to bar/restaurant. The positive is the common areas are gorgeous."

"Room was clean but small. Mattress and pillows not that great."

"An amazing place and family friendly"

"Check in & parking was easy, with plenty spaces (for a charge - cheaper at weekends), and the staff were lovely. The hotel seemed well staffed and busy with other guest, which is always a good sign. The rooms were lovely, clean and fresh with hand-soap and plenty of towels. We only stayed one night and the room was quiet, the bed and bedding was soft and comfortable and the air conditioning was a pleasant temp to be able to sleep. We will definitely consider this hotel to stay in again."

"Very good pleasant stay with excellent staff. The room was a wee bit tired around the edges but would be happy to stay there again."
