"What I liked (Pros) close proximity to everything. Housekeeping was great. Staff was great. Complimentary drinks we didn't even get a chance so many people crowded him and her. Told them what we wanted but as soon as he set them up people just grabbed them. Breakfast is decent though get there between 830 900 u wont find a place to seat. "Buffet breakfast was good, beds, A/C great. Salvador at the front desk was quick and super friendly. Unfortunately, no cups or glasses in the room, and the shower had such poor water pressure as to be unusable for washing hair."

"There were bugs in my room not sure how they got in the room otherwise the room was nice and clean"

"Breakfast was slightly less than typical hot and cold buffet with no hot eggs. They also have a strange shaped waffle iron that doesn't get components in the middle. Several people had problems with their keycards loosing the programming and the elevator sounds like it's on it's last ride. That said, we got a good deal in a convenient location, the staff was great, and it was spotless. I'd definitely stay again."

"Very difficult to find hotel checkin, not marked well at all. Shouldn't have to pay $20/night separately to park on top of $400/night for a room....just add it in! The property is brand new and beautiful, and staff were very nice. Area with shops and restaurants is great and all decorated with seating, games, etc is nice. Other than finding where to go and parking it was a great stay."

"I chose to forego my payment (at that point it was non refundable) when I got to the property. It was not safe or clean. We paid to stay somewhere else for our one night in town"

"I needed a handicap room. I called before I booked an was told it was available. When I arrived I didn't get that particular room I was asked to stay one night in the room that they put me in an was told I would get the room I booked well that didn't happen they sent me to another property. Just a horrible ordeal considering that Im disabled."
