"Great location and very friendly staff. They were so helpful and accommodating."

"Staff very helpful. I couldn't charge my phone a d they solved the problem right away. Very easy to reach the hotel from Airport. Everything walking distance."

"Hotel very clean , when staff were around they were helpful, Location is good for views and although a bus stop fairly close it’s a good 15 min walk to pubs/ restaurants shops"

"The property was in an ideal location for all the Bowling Greens used for the Isle of Man Bowls Festival. Only 5 minutes walk to the local Tesco and 10 minutes to the sea front. The apartment was clean and comfortable with no noise from the other apartments in the building. When staying in the apartments you have use of the restaurant and bar in the sister hotel which us 2 minutes walk away. I would recommend to family and friends"

"The hosts, staff, position and breakfast were excellent. They fostered an atmosphere of welcoming, sharing, community. Exceptional part of our travels!"

"The location was beautiful on the sea front and near the electric train. We rented a car for one day and we were easily able to find parking in front of the building. We didn’t eat breakfast at King’s House as we were busy in the mornings. We got fresh towels each day and a fresh supply of cookies and tea. The staff were eager to help with whatever you needed."

"Room was tidied ,bin emptied daily. I used a shared bathroom which was cleaned regularly. Breakfast was brilliant, great variety of cereal and cooked breakfast if needed . It was just a base to explore the island so it was adequate."

"I was given a warm welcome on arrival, and nothing was too much trouble during my stay. The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond. They made me a nice full English breakfast in the morning and there was everything else you needed for a decent breakfast including cereal, yogurt, orange and toast as well as tea. I asked about the 10am checkout and was told that because it’s not busy I could leave whenever I wanted. I would definitely stay here again if I ever needed to come to The...

"Our host at the Athol House offered impeccable hospitality. We were warmly welcomed in despite being several hours early. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet and we slept well in the lush bed. For one who really appreciates breakfast, I was delighted. The chef provided a hearty breakfast that held us through the day and adapted on the fly to special requests. Our host was knowledgeable about Douglas and the Isle of Man, she was unobtrusive while making sure we had everything we...

"Great place to stay in Peel. Stayed only one night, but looked like it could be a nice central spot to stay for the south part of the island for several days."

"Lovely clean room, comfy bed and great breakfast"

"Was just the job for 3 of us staying over for a wedding on the island. Cindy was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and the facilities good. "

"Room was in need of upgrades. Hot water took a long time to appear. "
