This hotel was perfectly located and central, my room was comfortable with good air-conditioning and very clean. I was traveling alone and had no concerns for safety and many places to eat were just steps away from the hotel. Disappointing was that there was no proper Conceirge service, staff was pleasant but were unaware of their surroundings and cologne area as such. air conditioning did not work and temperatures were always set at 25 degrees despite making 3 complaints on each days."

"The hotel is OK. There is no door between the bedroom and shower in room 2C and the water pressure was very low. There was a big stain on the ceiling, so it looks like there was a leak recently. it gets very noisy at night (there was no a/c so we had to keep the window open. The staff were helpful and the bed was reasonably comfortable."

"Beautiful hotel and well maintained. Front desk staff as well as the rooms are stellar. Walking distance from the trains as well as cathedral. Only drawback was the restaurant, a bit overpriced and staff was actually awful. Other than that one negative, I would rate this as a must stay destination."
