"All were good"

"The hotel had been oversold, and they gave our room to someone else. I paid for a double queen months before but was given a small king room, so one person had to sleep on the floor. The woman working the front desk at check-in was rude and didn’t seem to be bothered that they had done this to us. The evening staff was far more pleasant and very apologetic. There were some signs of mold in the shower, but otherwise the room was mostly clean and reasonable. Breakfast was solid and surprisingly...

"Our room worked well for my husband, our daughter and her two children and myself. We liked the way the bathroom was laid out with the sink outside of the toilet/bathing area and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with many options for everyone. "

"Gorgeous decor. Fresh and clean. We were provided with plenty of towels and high quality linens. The bed was wonderful and the temperature was very comfortable. Centrally located and very walkable. Caution to anyone who has mobility challenges, the stairs to the second level where the bedrooms are located are steep. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend The Jungle House."

"Breakfast was nice, good options for making fresh waffles, hot eggs, protein and cereal options. Coffee pretty good too. Pool open 7am to 10pm. Great for families. Clean room , friendly staff. About 25 minutes from downtown. I would stay again. "

"The food (breakfast buffet and restaurant) was great. The staff was lovely. We booked 10 minutes before we arrived, after leaving another unsuitable hotel. Staff was very understanding and accommodating. 12/10 would recommend. "
