"Booked the room when our flight in Dayton was cancelled and we had to go to Columbus by Uber to leave early the next morning. When we got to the hotel they said they had overbooked the hotel but had made arrangements with another hotel down the street. After starting our day in Dayton at 10am and now being told at 11pm that there was no room it couldn’t have been worse….until we found out they moved us to a hotel with a 6.8 rating and said they had made the reservation and paid for the room. "Reservation was cancelled when we arrived. We arrived at around 6pm and was told that the hotel was overbooked and our room was given to someone else. Very dissapointing considering we had 3 kids traveling with us. We had to scramble and find another hotel. Hilton was very helpful and got us another hotel nearby which actually turned out to be a better hotel. I think that I am still waiting on my refund for the cancelled reservation. It has been 12 days now since this happened."

"We booked a two-bedroom suite, and both rooms were stocked with TVs and comfortable beds. The walls weren’t thin, which was great when my boyfriend was visiting loudly with his brother and I went to sleep a bit earlier than them. The kitchen amenities were great! There was a dishwasher as well! The shower had good water pressure and temperature. "Clean room, friendly staff. The breakfast was just okay and a bit difficult to serve ourselves in the narrow buffet line with many people. The setup did not flow one direction or the other, so people were bumping into each other, moving back and forth to gather what we needed, use the toaster, etc…"
