"Our room worked well for my husband, our daughter and her two children and myself. We liked the way the bathroom was laid out with the sink outside of the toilet/bathing area and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with many options for everyone. "

"Make sure you book here if you want your room to be canceled an hour before check in. We booked a room with this hotel almost 2 months ago for the Luke combs concert, one of their incredibly rude staff members who only talked over us the whole time, called AN HOUR BEFORE CHECK IN- to cancel our room. They proceeded to tell us it’s not their fault that their rooms were overbooked and didn’t accommodate us and hung up on me MID SENTENCE!!!! Were hours away from home and now have nowhere to stay...

"We always enjoy the spacious rooms and breakfast. We were surprised to see a $6 per night parking fee. At the same time, our ice machine on the floor was broken and our room was missing basic room needs such as shampoo, and towels. It would be great to have these expectations met especially as you are now expecting more money for basic parking yet offering free shuttle service to/ from the airport. Seems a bit unfair."

"Everything was great at the hotel,they had a restaurant,it was not open at the time we were there,but they had one.Staff was nice and knowledgeable,quick checkin.Only complaint was it was chilly in the room and when trying to turn the heat on all we got was cold air."

"Chose this location due to it advertising 24 hour shuttle service. This is inaccurate, they call you an Uber and hope for the best. We were told to be at the front desk 15 minutes prior to needing to arrive at the airport. We showed up 20 minutes early, waited over 45 minutes on the Uber and almost missed our flight. We had 9 minutes left to board when we finally got through TSA. So the advertisement of 24 hour shuttle service is inaccurate."
