"The check-in experience was disappointing from the very beginning. The receptionist barely paid attention and seemed interested only in checking guests in as quickly as possible. Messaged property to ask about parking (says it’s included) but received no reply/no communication. Ended up having to pay to find parking offsite. "The apartment was fine, kitchen, bed and bathroom are fine. Lots of towels which is nice. The only strange thing was that we booked an apartment that had a specific location that we chose because it was convenient and safe. The apartment we got however was at a totally different location where we did not feel so safe at night. The airco placement right across the bed is not the best since you get a dry mouth and nosebleeds. But all in all we had a good stay and the apartment itself was good...
