"Nice stay, I booked a standard room so it didn’t have a luxury feel. I got what I paid for. It didn’t have coffee maker (no lid for the water compartment) and a tea kettle which were great. A few comments, the A/C never really cooled the room despite it being on 18C. They did check on it and got it to blow some cold air but it just took the edge off. Being Europe and a heatwave are also part of it. Location was great for easy access to everything."

"The description of the location for this hotel needs to be more specific. Unfortunately we didn’t do our geography homework thoroughly enough😤. This hotel is primarily for business users NOT tourists. It is on a business park on the outskirts of the city with NO public transport less than a 20 minute walk away. Taxi fares added expenses. No restaurant facility for evening meals."

"Great staff and spacious rooms. We would have appreciated a few more hangers for clothes, as well as an iron in the room without having to request one, especially since space was not an issue. The only reason for taking off one star was our departure experience. On the day we were leaving, there was a market directly outside the hotel, which meant taxis could not reach the entrance and we had to walk about 1.5 blocks to meet ours.
