"When I arrived the hotel was locked and unstaffed. There was a number to call posted on the door which was unobtainable. There phone number on the hotel website was not answered. I sat in a nearby park for an hour and when I returned the door was opened and a man was there to check me in. I pointed out that the mobile number posted on the door was unobtainable, but he didn’t seem concerned. When I left the same number was posted on the door."

"Clean room breakfast was great"

"Staff were great!!! We had difficulty using the Christ option in the room and made it a priority to get it fixed. I also had to make a call a couple of times and they were gracious to let me use their phone!!"

"Das Junge Personal am Empfang wirkt sehr genervt. Für sehr teure Preise an der Bar gibt es kein geschultes Personal. Sie haben selber gesagt, dass sie keine Cocktails zubereiten können. Bei einem Cocktail wurde der Alkohol vergessen und sie schmeckten nicht. Das zimmer war in Ordnung, jedoch gibt es keine Garderobe, keinen Schrank und auch im Badezimmer gibt es nicht ein einziges Regal um etwas abstellen zu können. Obwohl Platz da wäre. Etwas um ein nasses Handtuch aufzuhängen gibt es...

"Our room was lovely if not a little noisy from the public outside as our room was located at the front. The noisy however did strip around midnight. The amenities at the hotel were great and the staff were very helpful, attentive and always smiling. It was our anniversary and they organised a balloon, bottle of sparkling wine and a Belgium waffle in our room on arrival. The honestly bar was a relaxing space. We would definitely visit again"
