"We had a wonderful stay the hotel was clean the staff were friendly and helpful it was in a great position the breakfast was vast and delicious would highly recommend"
"Historic building is neat. Decore is nice and interesting. Location is perfect. Price is high. Amenities suffer due to historic building and layout. Many stairs from canal or square and in room (we stayed in letter room). There are elevators from the canal and street but they don't eliminate all stairs and can be slow/long wait). Toilet and sink in our room on separate floors. Room was very dark, difficult to navigate if you get up in the night without switching on lights and disturbing others...
"Hands down the best breakfast bar in recent memory.
Our room happened to be right above the nightclub, so some nights it was loud until midnight, other nights it wrapped up by 11pm. Also, the private balcony chairs and balcony overall is filthy dirty and the wifi speaker in the room didn't work.
The location was a nice change of pace, not smack in the middle of the tourist centro, but close enough to a few small grocery stores for essentials.

"The hotel is located in a great spot. Our room was great with a super view across the canal. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The pool is not big but very refreshing. Getting to the hotel is somewhat challenging, it is in an emission reduced zone, so only certain vehicles are allowed. If you park at the hotel, then no problem. But visit the hotel’s actual website for directions on how to get there and reserve your parking if you wish.

"Sehr saubere Zimmer mit Klimakontrolle. Alles Top. Frühstückt auch sehr gut und viele Möglichkeiten. Auch für Allergiker ist was dabei. Danke und gerne wieder."
