"I wish I could give more stars to this property. We absolutely LOVED our stay. The hotel is immaculate. The staff was top notched. The spa and amenities were amazing after a long day of walking, touring Ghent. The breakfast was wonderful. Honestly, just a wonderful experience. Highly, highly recommend."

"Nice stay, I booked a standard room so it didn’t have a luxury feel. I got what I paid for. It didn’t have coffee maker (no lid for the water compartment) and a tea kettle which were great. A few comments, the A/C never really cooled the room despite it being on 18C. They did check on it and got it to blow some cold air but it just took the edge off. Being Europe and a heatwave are also part of it.
Location was great for easy access to everything."
"I had a great experience at Su’ro. The owner/host (Kris) was very nice, he provided a lot of information about Gent, and he was interesting to talk with. The room was quiet and clean with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was really good and substantial (included eggs, ham, cheese, various breads with a variety of jams & spreads, yogurt, cereal, milk, fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee). Kris provided a bicycle for me to use for free. I highly recommend Su’ro."
