"Très sympatique réception de la part de Frédéric malgré l'heure (très) tardive de mon arrivée. Je regrette qu'il n'y avait pas la télévision (problème de changement de fournisseur d'accès), que cela n'aie pas été mentionné et que cela n'aie pas fait l'objet d'une ristourne. A ce sujet, je trouve le prix surévalué par rapport aux prestations. Merci encore à Fred qui s'est levé de bonne heure afin de me préparer le petit-dej pour que je sois à l'heure à mon rendez-vous."

"The man who greeted us was very nice. Hotel is really run down and basic. It seems like some rooms have been upgraded but others not. Breakfast was nice. Location pretty good. Easy walking to centre. "

"Whilst check-in was closed when we arrived, we had been sent easy instructions on how to access our room in advance. Our duplex room (2 bedrooms) was large and clean with everything you would expect from a hotel room. The hotel was good value given it's town centre locaiton."

"This was an excellent hotel that we stayed at for a family road trip. The staff were excellent and I would also recommend the bar and Lof restaurant too. We had a lovely time at the Spa and would say the location is very convenient with most landmarks within walking distance. We will certainly return! "
