Great breakfast. Marcos in reception was exceptional, great customer service, nice person. Beautiful hotel, great location. I will come back again, my family loved it. Amazing views.

Great location, 5 minutes from the train station. Spotless rooms, great Wi-Fi, and the best value, perhaps, in all of Switzerland. And just for cred, I have been to Europe more than 250 times, so I know hotels.

Terrible communication with owner. She claims to speak English, but doesn't answer your question/request because she doesn't understand you. NO PARKING possible at all! You have to walk over a very very long distance with all your suitcases. Parking is a nightmare, because there are not enough parking ...

Ghiffa seemed very small and quiet, there are a couple of nice, local unpretentious restaurants that are all very friendly and welcoming - with excellent food. A great area if you are looking for a chilled relaxed holiday or time
