"The staff were exceptional, always pleasant and extremely helpful assisting in booking taxis, negotiating prices in the souk etc. we did have to ask for towels almost every day because although the room had been cleaned and towels removed, replacements had not been left which was a bit annoying but certainly not an obstacle to my enjoyment of the beautiful Riad. If I have one criticism it would be that our room 109 has to be the noisiest room in a very peaceful Riad. It is right next to a large door that’s banged constantly with staff in and out early in the morning until late at night."

"Big rooms and staff keep your room neat and clean and fresh lots of pools big aqua park lots of game facilities air conditioning very good we r vegetarian lots of choice in vegetarian and vegan great buffet only hotel need to keep some premium brand of alcohol but local brand also good staff in all area is very good and entertainment team super good shows very big property for all kind of age people big thanks to everyone work here"

"2nd visit to this hotel. Spa was amazing can highly recommend the couples hamman package. Gym is ok but basic. Room we had this time wasn’t as good as last year looked over roof of restaurant"

"Great hotel rooms are great good size and bathroom also. The staff are very helpful and kind especially Imane. The only downside side is that the breakfast is very poor as no canteen or anything simple toast crossiant. But good location and quiet"
Hotel Boutique Les Relais De L'Ourika

"The staff at this hotel are really the stars of the show. While the property is a nice refuge from the hustle bustle of Marrakesh, the facilities are slightly worn. The rooms are very nice and spacious, the pools are a nice, and while we preferred the smaller more private pool, it could have been better maintained,(the tiles were a little green with algae), but again, very nice amenity. We asked for a room change, as the bass of the music being played in the pool area, was pounding in our room. We were quickly accommodated, but we were not really able to get far enough away from the constant pounding bass sound. We decided to take advantage of the small pool in front, where we found some peace and quiet and enjoyed a refreshing dip in the pool. Later we had a nice dinner at the restaurant, again the staff are so very accommodating. The sweet receptionist organized a nice excursion to the Ourika valley the following day. We really enjoyed our breakfasts with the wonderful chef Hosmi and our friendly waiter Teoufiq. We had an early departure at 8am, but Hosmi happily made us coffee, and was very sad he could not make us breakfast before we had to go! And I wish we would have taken his suggestion to ask our driver to wait 10 minutes! This kind of hospitality is rarely found anywhere. We truly appreciated everyone’s sincere efforts to make our stay memorable. Bravo!"
