The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and extremely well maintained, but what truly made the experience special was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making our stay as great as possible.
The hotel restaurant was excellent, and the breakfast each morning was phenomenal with plenty of delicious options. It became something we looked forward to every day.

All we had to do was pay, and everything else was organized perfectly. It made exploring Hanoi so easy and stress-free, and it was such a valuable service offered by the hotel.
The location is also fantastic. You can walk to so many attractions, it’s very close to the lake, and there are countless places nearby to eat, grab coffee, or pick up snacks.
Honestly, I cannot think of a single negative thing to say about this experience. It was absolutely amazing, and I would stay here again without hesitation."
