"I had a frustrating experience regarding our room key. The key worked perfectly the first time I entered. However, later that night when returning from dinner, it simply would not turn in the lock. We tried a couple of times without forcing it and called management. Thankfully, a staff member let us in with a spare. The real issue arose at checkout. The front office demanded a me to pay for the key replacement fee, claiming I bent the key because I "didn't know how to open the door." This logic...

"Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. Absolutely beautiful apartment with marble floor, massive bathroom and bedroom and very high lovely ceilings.
