"An outstanding hotel. Room was perfect, spacious and comfortable. All the staff were excellent and the service was impeccable. The breakfast range was extensive and all really tasty. The restaurants were both lovely and the view from the rooftop was a highlight. The spa facilities were superb and the treatments were excellent making for a relaxing experience."

The gentlemen working at reception and at the restaurant were also very pleasant and helpful. The initial person who checked us in wasn’t very pleasant and one lady working in the restaurant seating people was not cooperative or pleasant. "The hotel check in was exemplary. The young fellow who works the night shift (we checked in at 7pm) went out of his way showing us maps and giving restaurant recommendations. He explained the local food, how to order and the differences. We had an issue with the safe and he fixed it straight away. If they could clone him, I would only book in these hotels. He made the trip better. Thank you."
