"Hallo, ich war allein für eine Woche in diesem guten Hotel. Das Personal war super freundlich. Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Strand, was absolut toll ist. Die Zimmer haben Klimaanlage und sind wirklich sauber, sie wurden auch am Sonntag gereinigt. Das Frühstück war auch gut mit Brötchen, Aufschnitt, Rüherei, Müsli und Säften. Die Rezeption war immer anwesend und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Komme bestimmt wieder! Viele Grüße Claudia"

"The hotel staff is very helpful, and the breakfast was good. While the rooms are clean, the air conditioning in some rooms worked less well than others (our family had two rooms), and there were problems with the plumbing. The shower in our room did not work well at all and water pressure was very low. The locks were hard to open on the doors and often required some struggle. The location was good near a public pebbly beach (and several lidos) and the Intercity Etna bus line to Taormina."

"The kitchen staff was absolutely amazing. Maître D. Franco greeted us with a smile and handshake. His cooking staff and bus staff were polite and respectful. The entertainment staff was equally friendly and polite. The front of the house staff was knowledgeable and answered every question we had. Housekeeping staff was on point.
