"Excellent stay. Very helpful, friendly and professional staff. The layout of the room, bathroom and living space at the entry were well organized and provided me with plenty of space. The large courtyard during nice weather is a nice amenity providing an opportunity to relax outside, The decoration and design of the libby and cafe was tasteful and projected the sophistication of a modern Milan design hotel. I look forward to my next visit there."

"The Aethos Milano is a bit of a hidden gem, somewhat removed from the tourist jumble around the Duomo and Galleria. It sits on a busy thoroughfare and is almost invisible from the street if not for the small name on the awning. Once inside, it's a maze of interestingly-decorated lounge and restaurant spaces, which one must navigate to reach the elevator to your room. "Overall, it was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel. Communication with the staff was smooth and efficient, and everything was well explained. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient with easy access to transportation. The only downsides were that there were no toiletries provided, such as shower gel or shampoo, and there was no luggage storage service available. Other than these minor issues, the experience was positive."

"We had an apartment with kitchen. Sign on table said complimentary water and soft drinks in fridge. Nothing in fridge. No coffee, one tea bag. Every time we asked the front desk manager said he would send it, nothing came. Nespresso machine with no pods. Manager asked me “how much coffee are you drinking”. Rude and unhelpful person. To be fair, several other staff were amazing! Hotel is in an area that is very shabby, however, close to Navigli, and about 2km from Piazza Duomo. "
