"Better staff"

"Paid for a breakfast that I never received. I walk into the breakfast area at 6am & communicated with the waitress that I had a flight to catch (departed at 7am) There was ZERO URGENCY, by 6:15, I walked out to the front desk to make sure the shuttle was there, it wasnt. So, I walk back ti the breakfast area grab my bag, food not there, $20 extra basically stolen. No shuttle available until 6:30, which would put me way too close, so I have to order a taxi, another unnecessary $20 stolen. To...

"Bed needs updating and pillows as well. Breakfast was pretty good as these breakfast go. Gym and pool."

"Run..don't walk away from this property. Everything about is subpar from the staff training and attitude, to the quality of the rooms. The elevators were broken for an entire day which prevented the rooms from being cleaned. You can do better."

"Friendly staff, decent breakfast with several kinds of protein, juice, sides, etc. The beds were comfortable and clean. We only stayed one night due to our itinerary. It's a good "close to the airport for one night" hotel. The shuttle from the airport took a while, though. Waiting at midnight wasn't that fun."

"I wish I focused on the staff name plate for a shout out because they were amazing. after a 4hr flight I had no energy they recieved my little guys with water and a snack. Very kind and helpful.breakfast was great too something for everyone. Mom is super picky and she loved the hospitality. The room was so welcoming you really feel like youre VIP. Not sure who is the coordinator or the one to review but you deserve a promotion the service was on point!!!"

"Hotel was okay. I was expecting more for the price. Pull out couch had stains all over it. Comforter on king bed stained. Staff were pleasant. We did ask for an extra blanket for the pullout, but never received. In town for a wedding, not alot of options, this was probably the “nicest” hotel in area."

"The staff was welcoming. ~ The suite was very accommodating; the separate sleeping areas were spacious and comfortable. ~ We ate at the restaurant in the hotel ... not the best quality of food. In fact, it ranked the lowest during our 5-day trip to Philadelphia. Would not recommend."

"Pealing paint on the dealings in my room and a super slow draining sink. Run the water in the sink for 20 seconds, it fills up to the top, and took another 30 minutes to drain. Then, the next morning no breakfast served. Staff said there was “A Kit hen Emergency” last night. They could have put out non-cooked food like cereal, breads/bagels, fruit, juices… but instead - Nothing… was their choice. Not a good experience.
