"Siamo stati accolti sin dall’inizio con tanta disponibilità e cordialità… tutto il personale si è sempre dimostrato sorridente e affabile… la cucina davvero ottima e soprattutto la colazione superlativa … hai l’imbarazzo della scelta… mi mancheranno i pancakes espressi e le spremute fatte al momento.. abbiamo passato 3 gg di totale relax senza alcun problema.. il responsabile del ristorante ha accolto ogni nostra richiesta con tanto amore… è davvero bello vedere come tutto lo staff di faccia in...

"Since the moment of arrival, the check in took less than 10 minutes. We're given a first floor room. Very spacious room, clean with a sea view. We used the two pools in front of our room. The beach is fantastic with some corals and plenty of small colourful fish. Food was excellent and a huge variety of fresh plates. All local drinks were available and served everywhere. Excellent friendly staff. We'll surely return back."

"Ótimo hotel, funcionários simpáticos e sempre prontos para ajudar. Tem área de corais para mergulhar na propria praia do hotel que é privada. Bem grande em extensão pois os quartos são térreos e todos com varanda. Ótimas piscinas (2) e ótima praia. Além do serviço de open bar com bebidas alcoólicas, tem um ótimo bar a parte Havanna Pub, o bar é ótimo e o pessoal que trabalha também. No geral o custo benefício desse hotel vale muito a pena!"

"Really enjoyed the hotel, lovely staff and services and good security. Didn’t have breakfast- can’t comment on food. The gym wasn’t very well sign posted, but when found it was really nice. Good equipment and clean. It was a little dusty, but that is expected as it was a dessert! "

"Très bon service seulement si vous donnez des pourboires exemple pour le menage de la chambre au 4 etage la personne n'a pas cessé de réclamer de l'argent à mes enfants. Par contre à la reception, dans les différents restos et à la piscine le personnel est au top."

"Second time there. We enjoyed the room, the hospitality, the heated pool, the kids playground, and the food variety. The only downside was the kids club which didn’t do much activities. Overall, great place. "
