"The worst place that you can ever try to spend time in super dirty. The water is very dirty a lot lots of garbage in the water and dirty pampers. Staff is very rude electricity we lost power so i was no AC no fan no elevators nothing, and when the guy was introduced himself as the owner, he was very rude the minute he find out I have an American passport. I don’t know why and telling me so what there’s no electricity for three hours you are from Egypt and you know you can lose power any time...

"I recently completed a stay at Hilton Corniche and while the property itself has potential, and some of the staff were extremely supportive like ( Alaa from housekeeping and Nashwa from coffee bar at the resturant) The sheer lack of professionalism, incompetence, and disregard for guest privacy made this one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Two specific incidents during our stay highlighted how severely this hotel struggles with basic operations and policy...

"Rooms were clean, staff was ok, we enjoyed the Spa. The hotel facilities are great. I loved having a scuba diving center in the resort. The beach is really good and there is a huge selection of swimming pools, including a small aqua park for adults too. We enjoyed the evening entertainment and the entertainment team was great and very engaging with the guests. The only thing that needs improvement is the food - maybe a bit more variety. I expected by the sea to have more choice of fresh fish...

"J’ai réservé cet hôtel hilton en espérant retrouver les standards du hilton skanes monastir en tunisie, parce qu’il y avait 3 resto à la carte dont "the asian" avec du teppaniaki, pour les piscines, la plage qui semblait de sable fin, pour les infrastructures et les activités all in possible comme le ping pong. Et surtout pour la nourriture, qui dans un hilton 5 étoiles, semblait excellente comme mon expérience en tunisie. Déjà en arrivant, le restaurant the asian fermé depuis 5 mois, aucune...

"Have to wait 3 hrs to receive my chalet and cleaning not completed so I have to wait again for the cleaners to finish Water not available for 4 hrs next day Overall not pleasant stay"
