"They went the 'extra mile': The concierge didn't bat an eyelid when I asked them to repair a tear in my suitcase. Later that evening I got a call to say it had been repaired, and they brought it straight to my room. 5 star service at the concierge desk."

"We stayed five nights at the Sheraton Soma Bay Resort with my wife and teen daughter in a luxury suite to wrap up our extensive Egypt trip. The room was beautifully furnished with 3 balconies providing 270 degree view. The property’s true strength is its beautiful beach and sunset views. The main shortcomings is a very limited number of restaurants (2) which is rather unusual for such a sprawling resort. All in all, an excellent stay."

"Steigenberger Nile Palace exceeded my expectations. After a "so-so" Cairo/Giza hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the real "upscale" experience—and for a very reasonable price, to boot! I opted for the "half board" option, and the dinners I had at both a-la-carte restaurants were hands down the best ones during my vacation. "Struttura a dir poco meravigliosa, pulitissima, cibo praticamente internazionale ma con una forza tendenza all’italiano essendo un villaggio veratour, personale, gentilissimo ed attento alle esigenze di chiunque, piscine tante ed ampie con possibilità di prelevare gli asciugamani direttamente presso le postazioni ogni singola piscina e riconsegnarle lì in modo da non doverle portare in camera tutte le volte di averne sempre di pulite da una piscina all’altra. Barriera corallina, stupenda nel...

"Delightful stay. Will def return! Mohamed was great, everyone was friendly. The beach was steps away. Loved it!"

"Soggiorno eccellente, ottima pulizia della struttura e delle camere!! Buono anche il cibo! Personale cordiale, gentile e veramente sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Settimana perfetta!!"

"Nice large room with balcony overlooking the pool. Friendly helpful staff. Although we never took part in the animation team events they put on, other than watching the evening shows, they all came across very friendly, especially LuLu & Memo. Large variety of food everyday, which I enjoyed especially the variety of desserts. Beer was refreshing although it must be low alcohol content as you could drink it all day and not feel drunk."
