I booked Hop Inn Hotel Iloilo from August 29 to September 3 but had to check out early due to a terrible experience. On the morning of August 30, I discovered there was no running water—the bathroom faucet was completely dry. I reported it to the front desk and was told it would be fixed “in a few minutes,” but nothing happened. When I asked for the manager, I was informed the manager only comes in later in the day. "This Trip was not such a pleasant one and it was made terrible by this hotel. All false advertising. There was a pool Advertised which was what my kids were looking forward to. But they only informed us when we checked in already that there was. Pool and now it's in disarray and has not been repaired..no security only on the ground level and outsiders easily walk in and out of the plAce. Delapidated facilities. And made worse by the smell of raw sewage seeping thru the floors. "
