"We really enjoyed our stay, we had a hot tub right outside of our room. We had issues with the AC our first night, I let the front desk know and we were provided with a fan and then they moved us to another room with a better AC. Very helpful and attentive staff!"

"Staff was super helpful and friendly. Joanna was great. Continental breakfast was filling. Good variety. Close to mall and restaurants which was great. Probably my only complaint would be the toilets are super low. I’m tall and my mom is short and it was not great for either one of us."

"Nice upscale hotel. Has everything you need, I really liked the stocked fridge and snack assortments in the room. Location is perfect, lots of restaurants and shopping withing walking distance, a really nice Hugo's grocery store one block away that has everything. Coffee shop on main floor is great, problem on this trip was the restaurant. It was hot and muggy that day and the a/c was not working, temp was uncomfortable. Dinner was good, but overpriced for what it was. We were treated somewhat rudely towards the end of dinner, they actually asked us to leave because they " needed the table" even though there was plenty of empty tables around us, not a great way to end the night after our table dropped $400. I would stay at this hotel again, but probably will never go back to the restaurant."

"great large room and very clean. The room we stayed in looked almost brand new and didnt have a smell like most hotels do due to high volume. The amenities were offered to us even at 11:47pm and breakfast was complete without a hold up in any of the stations. Check out was a breeze and staff was happy to be there. I really wish I lived closer to stay more but unfortunately was a one-time visit. Thank you again!"
