"Hotel is near shopping center and eateries, cafes. Guest relations were always helpful. Airport shuttle was easy to book however there is a 1400 yen per adult. They also provided free shuttle to Disneyland which is a major service. Overall , this hotel provides plenty of services and beautiful inside /outside. Totally recommend

"We had a wonderful stay at Hoshinoya Tokyo. The location is incredibly convenient, as you can easily walk to both Otemachi Station and Tokyo Station through the underground passageways.
The staff were exceptional. They were always attentive, prompt, and professional, and they were especially kind and welcoming to our child, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The onsen on the 17th floor was a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. It was peaceful, clean, and beautifully...

"The moment you step on property, the staff is there to assistant and you feel transported. The property is absolutely beautifully maintained, calming, serene. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with all the amenities you could ask for. This is one I return to whenever I can."

"Beautiful property! Just what we needed after 8 days traveling and our last night in Tokyo! Relaxing, extremely attentive staff. We asked for once and they brought it to our room in 2 minutes. I barely hung up the phone and it was at our door. The Japanese garden was lovely for a quiet stroll and the king bed was so comfortable. I highly recommend!"
