Room very clean efficient little small for 2 people with big suitcases. Staff really polite and willing to help with anything you want. I do not have car I did not use the pool.

It is a small room but the location is good! Not too far from the station, the area surrounding the hotel is clean and quiet! The staff is very friendly and helpful!

Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Gochome
Tiny room , good location , breakfast wasn’t very good, not many option. The whole restaurant only one coffee machine. There is long queue for coffee between 8-9am for the breakfast.

Hotel vas very nice, good room but I think it’s overpriced, and I did not like that you have to pay for coffe, all other hotels in the chain had complementary coffe Other that that great location

Hotel Gracery Ginza
Non smoking room smells like smoke. This is at best a 2 star hotel in a nice area (Ginza). Tiny room (even for Japan standards) mattress was very old and worn. It’s cheap for a reason - you get what you pay for.
