"We heard great reviews for this hotel from friends in Manado, so we booked a room for our stay. I’m giving five stars because I believe my friends. However, a volcano meant that our flight turned around 30 minutes before we were supposed to land in Manado. We couldn’t use our reservation. I wrote to Expedia and the hotel to cancel the reservation. Expedia said they couldn’t refund the money because they needed to first receive the consent of the hotel and the hotel didn’t respond the hotel responded to me but also didn’t refund the money."

It was a wonderful stay and we were glad we chose to stay here.They gave us a quiet room and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The kitchen staff, big shout out to Anita and team customized our meals since I was vegetarian with so many diet restrictions. Am really appreciative of this gesture. Siti, Emma, and her team at the front office are amazing & super helpful. I don't know the names to thank them personally, so here's a big Thankyou to all the smiling faces and helpful folks who made our stay very comfortable."
