"Large room and comfortable bed. Very central and close to pubs. There’s a nice walk by the river and harbour close by."

Oaks Gladstone Grand Hotel
"Close to Marina, cafes and restaurants all walkable. Nicely decorated and kept property with great views. Large bedrooms with great comfort. Luggage storage available if going to Heron Island. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend the Oaks."

The Club Hotel
"The Staff were very friendly and helpful but we booked and paid for a Classic Triple Room, Multiple Beds, Ensuite and instead we were placed in a Twin room with a Queen and Single bed. This meant the room was much smaller and it made for an uncomfortable night as our beds were too close together ..."

"This motel is an ex-aged care facility and it still feels like one. Rooms are very dated, no bathrooms, there are shared bathrooms every 3-4 rooms and they are like a public bathroom. There is a kitchen with dining room adjacent, but from what we saw it looks like the dining is carried over from ..."
