"Had a fantastic time staying at Market Street Hotel. Located right outside Waverley Station with the Old Town just behind and New Town in front. We had complimentary upgrade on our room too. Room service was excellent and breakfast lovely with choice of cooked and continental style and a glass of champagne offered as part of it. A free minibar which was restocked daily. Staff were all efficient and friendly. A wonderful hotel stay and would definitely choose to stay here again. "

"Location was amazing, every attraction is within a short few minutes walk. There were pubs, restaurants right below which we did not find noisy. Apartment had a lift, we stayed in apt 13 on the 5th floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony with a nice view overlooking the Calton Hill. Checking in was easy with a pin code for the entry gate, lift and apt, felt very safe with CCTV around the common areas. Whole house was fully equipped with heaters, even for the bathroom floors. "A hotel full of character with an incredible design covering three interconnected buildings. Great location on the Royal Mile with direct access also down to the Waverly Station area and the city center. We loved OTC and would definitely stay again."

The location is ideal, just off the Royal Mile, and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay — it really was a perfect Christmas. Great welcome basket with some breakfast items were waiting for us on arrival. 2 bathrooms with showers in each and great heat throughout the apartment. Super place to be based as so close to princes street and main sites. Staff very helpful before arrival and provided information when it was needed. We arrived around 8pm and it was easy to access with the provided code which was emailed...
