Nice hotel, not quite as nice as expected
"Lake view was disappointing. Obstructed from the pizzeria across the street, still beautiful but not quite what I was expecting. Check in was rough. I was unable to use my phone or the tablet in the lobby and had to call several times before reaching a person to help. Once we did, they were friendly ..."
