"Liked the reuse of an old ornate home as a B and B. Free parking short walk away, close to shopping restaurants, botanic gardens. Very walkanle"

"The Alamo Guest House offers ten rooms. It is small and that is its strength. The rooms are clean. The staff is extremely helpful. An excellent choice of cold and hot plates is offered for breakfast. There are a good choice of different restaurants near the Alamo. I highly recommend this hotel."

"An extremely clean triple room with comfortable beds and a lovely shower. Friendly welcome on arrival. Some nice bars and restaurants within a 2 min walk! Would definitely stay again :)"

"Parfait. Maison avec vue sur le lac, tables extérieure et petite cour. Parking spacieux. Les chambres sont aménagées avec goût et sont très confortables. Le salon superbe et stylé. "Fred the host was brilliant, extremely helpful, guest house was very clean and was kept in great condition. Breakfast was great plenty of choice and freshly cooked. Met some interesting people there over breakfast which is always nice. Will stay again when I come up to visit our grandchildren ."

"A wonderful property. Easy walk from the train and bus stations and downtown shopping and restaurant district. The staff was very welcoming and eager to serve our every need. The rooms were large, comfortable, with all the needed amenities. The restaurant has wonderful food. Our dinners were the best we had on our trip to Scotland. The breakfasts were bountiful and tasty. Would definitely stay here our next visit to Stirling. "
