"Ticaboo is a small, out in the middle of no where place. They provide a clean room and comfortable beds. They have coffee and the ability to microwave or even cook your own food. They also own the grill at north shore marina which has some pretty good fast food. It is very quiet and peaceful at Ticaboo."

"Actually a motel that deserves five stars. The guy operating the property was great to interact with at check-in and his cat Chonk is awesome."

"Location is awesome because you can walk across the street and see the beautiful Colorado River as it runs below beautiful canyon walls. The beds were very comfortable, but the hotel room was not as clean as I would expect from a Hilton. It had a kitchen that looked worn out. The refrigerator made a loud noise every so many hours waking us up from a deep sleep because we thought it was an alarm going off. Would not stay here again."

"Breakfast options were ok. Crowded hotel many tour buses. We couldn’t even get to the elevator after check in."

"No view of lake water is so low all you see is dirt. 88 degrees outside and water so cold in pool kids would not even swim. I have been in lakes with snow on bank that were about the same temperature. 10 hotel guests at pool and no one would swim because it was so cold. Staff didn’t seem to care. The lake view and being hot outside is why we decided to stay here. 88 degrees and you can’t swim really!!!!"
