"We booked our stay after I had a surgical procedure. We were thoroughly pleased with our hotel choice. The facility was very clean. The color choices throughout the hotel were uplifting and calming. The deco was modern and fresh. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Bonus for being close to so many shopping/food options and easy access to the interstate! We would definitely book again for leisure or a weekend getaway! "

"We often stay here when in town. We have always found the staff to be professional and customer focused and the property tidy and welcoming. Breakfast could be better but there are other options in a stones throw if you desire a more hearty breakfast."

"This hotel is located in a suburb, yet they charge $30/night for self-parking. My keycard did not open the gate as I was told it would, and since the entrance gate was stuck open, others used the same lot for free that I was charged for. Overall, room was updated and clean, but the bathroom fan was quite loud and needs replacement. Staff was polite, but not overly welcoming."

"We arrived and checked in. We parked at the underground parking only to find out the elevator was closed. Drove up to drop our things off at the entrance then back to park. The receptionist could have told us beforehand. The receptionist never smiled nor was kind. This is not the job for her. I asked for a receipt she refused to give me one until I confronted twice. "Expedia advertises its hotels as either Free Breakfast or Breakfast($). Since Expedia didn't have Breakfast($) on this property, I booked it thinking breakfast was included. In fact, free breakfast was the main reason i booked this particular property. When i went down for the breakfast, i had to pay $17 per person. I didn't read it too carefully but Expedia apparently advertised this property as Breakfast Available, which can mean either or both. I think it would be better practice if Expedia...

"Check in with as very easy and the front desk staff was pleasant. We were given a handicap room near the elevator. (we did not request this) The shower was so hot that it nearly burned me. Before I could even turn it down the water temp dropped. Just as I was rinsing my hair the water temperature became scalding again. The hotel should definitely do something to regulate this especially in a handicap bathroom. "
