"My favorite place to stay in Ireland."

"If you need good Internet avoid this hotel. Its the worst Internet I've experienced in a "1st world" hotel. Been here 4 times over 3 months for work and it's been absolutely abysmal. Their connectivity fluctuates wildy and constantly drops. Speed is non existent. I've had to use mobile data for 3 out of 4 trips. Truly pathetic. Complaints to management is pointless. They do nothing. The main plus about this place is the gym. And the restaurant is good. Internet absolute muck!!!"

"Lovely place on the waterfront, very near Titanic exhibit and cruise ship dock. NICE room, lift up to 2nd floor, great views from room. Free parking under hotel. NICE restaurant as well on site. Would stay here again."

"I would recommend this hotel. The only downside of this place is no onsite or near by parking. You need to park in parkades that are about a 10-min walk from the hotel. With any booking you make in the Ireland, always book the breakfast of you intend to eat breakfast. It will save you a ton if you prebook and pay for it."

"Lovely property with views over the marina. The cafe is really nice and the baked goods excellent. They do have a lift-which is not common in guest houses—so that was helpful for the luggage. Bed was comfy with a great, warm duvet. Can recommend!"

"You can't beat the location. And an added surprise was the live music Friday night in the lobby bar.... so much fun."

"Mixed experience. Staff were great and overall property was fine. Location good. However water and coffee/milk/sugar in our room on arrival wasn’t replenished during our 3 night stay. Rooms are on the small side. The biggest issue we had is that we couldn’t get back into the room on our last night as somehow the security latch managed to activate itself, which should be impossible. Staff were great dealing with the issue but had to use hammer and chisel to obtain access, took about 30 mins....

"When we entered our assigned room, it smelled off. We opened the bathroom door and the entire ceiling and some of the wall was covered in clearly visible black mold. We returned to the front desk to ask for another room. They were very helpful. The manager showed us to a new room which was much better, but how do you allow a room to look like that and then try to rent it out? Even though they were accommodating, that put a bad taste in our mouths for the rest of our stay."

"Right in the heart of Kinsale easy walking to everything but still lovely and quiet. The room we chose was spacious -quality amenities, comfy bed, fabulous shower. I’d book here if returning to Kinsale."

"This boutique hotel was outstanding. The rooms are large, the king size bed was comfortable, the bathroom was also large and very clean. The breakfasts are outstanding, second to none. Great service from the staff as well. I highly recommend Perryview House."

"As always our stay was amazing. It's such a treat to get away and feel like you are in the middle on nowhere. The peace and tranquility is fantastic. It's so nice to wonder around the shop there and the food is second to none. We had a lovely light lunch when we arrived as we wanted to save our appetite for our evening meal which did not disappoint. The rooms are so cozy and the bed was so comfortable. We had a great night sleep and all set for a beautiful breakfast in the morning which again...
