"Terrible experience. We stayed for one night in Room #7 and there was no hot water at all — not in the shower and not in the sink. On top of that, there was no water in the toilet, which made the stay completely unacceptable and extremely unhygienic.
They provided a phone number for text messages, but no one ever responded. There was absolutely no customer service or assistance when we needed it.
The place is poorly maintained and management showed a complete lack of responsibility. We paid for a night and didn’t even receive basic necessities.
Absolutely disgusting. I would not recommend this motel to anyone until they fix these serious issues."
